When I started on my pilgrimage, I left a lot of stuff behind, including my treasured recipe book. I started it when I was a teenager as my mother taught me 3 recipes from Vietnamese cuisine (and the most laborious ones too!), and have added my own recipes, many tweaks, many experiments to it over the years until it spanned 2 3-inch binders overstuffed full of covered pages, and sticky notes, sticking out. So I am start over with a digital version, and how else to do it other than a place where it is GUARANTEED to survive all companies, nuclear holocaust, politics, ascension day, etc, and I think recipes are meant to be shared!
